Refund policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund if they are canceled before the order ships. For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued. All terms and conditions for our return policy will apply, including the customer being responsible for a $250-$350 shipping cost back to LifeSpan.
If for any reason an order is refused by you, the customer, you will be charged the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost back to LifeSpan plus a 20% restocking fee.
Returning Policy
Canada Orders
Canada Orders will be charged a 25%-30% processing fee if order is in transit and has left the United States.
Another Dealer or Website:
If you purchased a product from a retailer or another website, please contact the retailer or site for instructions about returns.
Fitness & Workplace Products
You must contact LifeSpan in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item.
All returns must be returned in new, working conditions to receive a refund, and items must be returned in original packaging.
If the order you wish to return consists of free product(s) from the promotion, you are responsible to ship them back as well. Otherwise LifeSpan has the right to deduct the price out of your RMA refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $250-$350 back to LifeSpan.
Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. Upon examination, if your return is missing parts when it is received, you may be charged an extra restocking fee. Any upgraded services performed such as White Glove Delivery and Room of Choice, if applicable, will not be refunded. LifeSpan reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan.
Returning a Part if it is Defective or the Wrong Part
To return a part, contact LifeSpan at service@lifespanfitness.com. Parts may only be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Some parts, such as running belts, drive belts, or decks, cannot be returned, due to possible physical contamination during installation.
The customer must pay all return shipping costs and will be responsible for all damage due to improperly packaged items.
LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan. Items must be returned, unused in any form, in working condition and in the original, unopened packaging.
Returning a Product if it Does Not Fit:
Before making a purchase, we want to assure you that it fits really well in your home, so we have placed all dimensions and specifications on our product pages.
To avoid shipping and handling charges when you want to return an item, please double check your space and your stair/passageway as well to make sure your machine can be safely delivered and fit your home.
Being a small business, we try to retain benefits and value to our customers so they are not overpaying for what they are getting. With the increase in logistic costs, we must enforce these charges when a product is returned due to not fitting in your home.
Please note, when a perfectly good product is returned, we are unable to resell that product and are out thousands of dollars.
We understand things happen, but before making that big purchase and commitment, please double check your space. When you commit, we are committed to providing you the best equipment on the market.
If you choose to return a product after finding out it doesn’t fit in your home please note that you will be charged 20% of the product cost and all freight charges.
Freight costs are calculated depending on where you live and will range anywhere from $600 to $1,000.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause and appreciate your cooperation to help us bring more fitness products to enrich people’s wellness.
Accessories:
To return an accessory, you must contact LifeSpan at support@lifespanfitness.com within 30 days of receiving your purchased item and have the original shipment packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once LifeSpan issues you a return authorization number (RMA#) please write this on the outside of the packaging and provide the return tracking number to us.
LifeSpan will credit your purchase once we receive the returned merchandise back to our warehouse. From that date please allow at least 10 business days to see that refund back into your account that was used at the time of purchase.
Promotions:
Coupons
Coupons are not eligible on products that are paired with a FREE item. Some examples include:
- TR5500iM paired with Cycle Boxer
- TR4000i paired with C5i
- TR1200-Power paired with Yoga Ball
- TR1200-Classic paired with Aero Balance Board
- C3-Power paired with Charging Station
If you have purchased an item that is eligible for a valid coupon code, you have 5 days after you have purchased to contact our customer service team to apply for the coupon.
If your order has already been delivered, it will not qualify for any coupon adjustments.
Closeout and OpenBox Items
All Closeout and OpenBox Items are final. No Returns.

Price Adjustments
LifeSpan Fitness will honor price adjustment request within 5 days of purchase date.
