This professional elliptical comes with 20 resistance levels and 21 training programs, letting you train with many options so your workouts never get boring again. With a heart rate controlled workout, you can remain in your ideal pulse zone or opt for one of the pre-installed training programs, including five weight loss programs, five Healthy Living programs, and seven sports training programs. No matter what your goals are, there’s something for everybody. Even if you can’t find a pre-programmed training program, you can always create your own with the manual programs.
The Elliptical Crossover for Everyone
Because of its high maximum height, the E5i can be used by everyone. Athletes weighing up to 401 lbs can workout safely on the elliptical and take full strides comfortably. The short pedal distance of 2 inches creates a natural pedaling motion that makes you feel like you can use your normal gait.
Tablet Compatibility
The E5i is equipped with a media-holder so you can keep entertained with whatever you want while you workout. Surf the internet, listen to your favorite podcast, or watch Netflix while you sweat it out. With a built-in USB port, you can charge your device while you workout so you don’t waste battery.
Generating Your Own Electricity
One of the more unique features of the E5i Elliptical Cross Trainer is the unique ability it has to generate its own electricity. Once you turn it on by exercising, you won’t need a socket, making it eco-friendly. You can also place it wherever is most convenient without having to worry about finding an outlet.
