This is a great treadmill. I spent a while looking and comparing treadmills before I purchased this one. It is built solid and I like that it doesn't take up a lot of room and that it folds up easily, and the programs provide us with a different workout each time, helping to eliminate boredom. It's nice to be able to stay home and still get my exercise in. This was an open box with zero damage.

I bought a used lifespan a few years ago, this was an upgrade to a new touchscreen. I was looking for a machine that didn't need a subscription to access all the programs. I love tat this machine does a downhill walk as well as the normal uphill inclines. I bought an open box unit, the unit had never been opened and had two small forklift holes in the side. the unit was undamaged and bran new. I would recommend this product and have had zero issues. the first one I bought was 10 plus years old and other that normal wear on the belt is still working.

Excellent purchase! I purchased an open box of the TR4000i Treadmill. I couldn’t have been any more pleased. The crate, boxing system that it was shipped in was well designed. Definitely heavy, but it was packed extremely well. Very easy to put together. I read instructions and my husband and son put it together. No issues. The performance of the treadmill is top notch. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles, so this was the perfect model for me. It does everything I need it to, plus some.
