Shipping policy

LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered in an additional 10 to 21 business days. Due to the size of treadmills, treadmill desks, and other large items, specific methods of transportation are used to ensure that your product arrives in good condition. Expedited shipping options are not available.

We currently do not offer free shipping to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. All orders excluding accessories will have to have a delivery appointment scheduled with the carrier in order to be delivered. For delivery appointment scheduling, depending on the carrier, you will either be contacted a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window or you can call the carrier to schedule an appointment once your order arrives at the destination terminal in your City. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday. If you receive a damaged item, it is up to your discretion whether to refuse delivery or to accept it. Please note any damage on the bill of lading.
