The treadmill shipment was an easy process with the semi truck driver unloading it into our garage. It was easy to set up. It took my husband and hour or so to do. I have used it everyday at work and it is very quiet, doesn't get hot from the motor and is helping lessen my anxiety by burning energy while I walk. I can't recommend this treadmill enough. A friend bought one of Amazon and can only use theirs for an hour or so, while I walk almost all day on it. I even walk on it on my days off just to keep active. The fastest speed is definitely fast! I usually go around have it at 1.0 for the speed and it perfect. Slow enough so I can type easily and fast enough to keep rate elevated some. Highly recommend getting a powered desk because I move it up or down 2 or 3 times a day to sit and rest some when my legs get tired. The settings are easy to adjust, and had some issues with figuring out how to keep it from resetting while on lunch and contacted customer support. They were able to help right away and answered other questions I had. Spend the extra money for this treadmill!!! Well worth the high quality treadmill and sturdy desk.
I have had my treadmill desk in my office for two weeks now. I have walked through several thousand steps that would have been wasted sitting at my desk. My hip feels better, my plantar fasciitis is NOT worse, and I have more energy when I go home.
Honestly, I don’t know why I hesitated—except that I really thought I wouldn’t use it enough to make it worth it. I was wrong.
I learned a few things, too.
1-Walking too slow impacted my gait. I need to walk at between 1.5 and 2.0 to feel good.
2-I can easily read, talk, and type at 1.5 unless it is something that takes great thought.
3-Time moves fast when I’m doing work and walking. It’s strange but all good for me.
4-The powered desk is a must for me. I move it up or down several times a day. There are times I meet with people to talk sometimes I continue walking. Sometimes I step off. Sometimes I lower the desk and sit on the ball.
5-It does NOT have the err of unprofessional. People understand the need of being active...it’s really quite accepted.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
This is my second treadmill desk. I had one of the OG models back in the day. It was a workhorse and never gave me any issue. I sold it as I moved offices into my living room and it was too big and I thought I could live without it. I couldn't. Walking while working is the only way to work. I bought the newer model and I am not disappointed. The movable desk is perfect. Easy to put together. Only complaint is my hand hits the move button occasionally and the desk moves down. The controls could be in a different location but honestly it's not a huge deal.
Hi Karen! Thank you for your loyalty over the years! Happy Walking!

Love my new desk
This thing is a beast. I sold my used Lifespan desk (which was slightly too big for my new space), and also took the opportunity to get the adjustable height version while I was upgrading. I love it! Can't figure out how to set the time, too lazy to sort it out, haven't connected to bluetooth... but it works and it does exactly what I need and does it very well!
Hello, Thank you so much for the review, we are glad to hear you are enjoying your treadmill desk! Happy walking, LifeSpan Fitness

Love my treadmill desks
I bought a non motorized TR1200-DT5 treadmill desk about 6 years ago. It's been nothing but perfect! I've lost a bunch of weight and my health is much better than when I was just sitting at my desk all day. I recently bought a home in Mexico and wanted to duplicate my office that I have in the states, so I bought this TR1000 Power treadmill desk. I absolutely love it! The motorized function makes it super easy for someone else to use the desk if they need to. It's very quiet and comfortable to walk on.
The only complaint I have is that the leather on the palm rests will wear out after about 2 years. My old desk has gotten patched up twice already and now I'm looking for a way to re-upholster it. It's only an aesthetic issue and doesn't effect the functionality of the desks at all. I still give this product 5 stars and recommend it to everyone I meet. People always see me wobbling back and forth on Zoom calls and ask if I'm on a treadmill. I tell them YES and that it's the best thing in the world and they should get one too! Really hope LifeSpan fitness blows up and goes viral. The quality of their machines is unmatched. These motors seem like they're overengineered so they last forever. I've walked over 6+ hours a day before and the treadmill has no issue. OH and one more thing, I use these things 6 days a week for 4+ HOURS every day.
